Not Recommended - Unless you get it for very cheap
A disapointing Sequel…
I found this sequel to be a lesser version of the original, leading to some frustrating moments during my stream.
While the movement mechanics and enemy interactions were enjoyable, the game introduced unnecessary complexity. Actions that were previously executed with a single button now require multiple inputs. For instance, separating the deflect/block function diminished the incentive to dodge attacks, as it became easier to just block projectiles.
The final boss was particularly disappointing. After being hyped throughout the game, he turned out to be a lackluster encounter with only three easy-to-dodge attacks. The fight’s mechanics were poorly telegraphed, making it frustrating to engage effectively.
Additionally, the low-gravity parkour sections felt out of place, especially after getting used to normal gravity mechanics. The wingsuit also lacked significant value.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this game unless it’s on sale.
